CRITERIA

1. General criteria

Enterprises eligible for the program will be assessed and selected according to the 7 following criteria:

  • Financial indicators (capital, revenue, profit…)
  • Human resource (scale, qualification, human growth…)
  • Products, services, solutions, markets and customers (market structure, market share; growth of market share, market; typical customers; customer care, security and copyright…)
  • Technology, R&D and management capacity (certificate of technology / technology in use, ISO, CMMi, R&D activities…)
  • Leadership and business management (leadership capability, vision, strategy, business management, regulatory compliance, business culture…)
  • Awards, titles and recognized achievements in production and business activities and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
  • Specific evaluation criteria for each field are assessed (security, technology, infrastructure …)

General evaluation criteria will be concretized into scoring criteria for each category. The score sheet is attached with this document.

Evaluation formula:

– Average score = Criterion score 1 * key indicator + Criterion score 2 * key indicator + Criterion score 3 * key indicator…

– Criterion score = Detailed criterion 1 * key indicator + Detailed criterion 2 * key indicator + Detailed criterion 3 * key indicator…

Companies are selected into the TOP 10 ICT Companies in each registered field, from high to low score.

Specifically, the scoring criteria of each group are as follows:
