Participating Entities

Companies, organizations, and entities engaged in providing or developing technology products/ services/solutions must meet the following conditions:

 

– Be legally registered and operating in accordance with Vietnamese law.

– Submit a valid application in compliance with the Program’s regulations.

– Not be subject to legal sanctions or involved in any ongoing intellectual property disputes within the evaluated field.
