Introduction

Vietnam Top10 Tech & Map is an initiative to evaluate the capabilities and honor digital technology enterprises legally operating in Vietnam. It is spearheaded by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), in collaboration with relevant agencies and organizations, and is organized annually on a regular basis.
Objectives and Significance of the Program
Building an Industry Map: Classify digital technology enterprises by sector, scale, and market scope to determine their position, competitiveness, and development trends.
Providing Strategic Information: Develop comprehensive reports and compile the publication “Top 10 Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprises,” enabling digital technology companies to identify their standing in the industry, recognize strengths and weaknesses, and formulate policies and strategies for growth.
Supporting Brand Development: Assist digital technology enterprises in building their brands and enhancing credibility with customers and partners, both domestically and internationally.
Facilitating Market Expansion and Connections: Create business and collaboration opportunities through networking activities, conferences, forums, and trade promotion events.
Aiding Policy Development: Support regulatory agencies in shaping policies and strategies to develop Vietnam’s digital technology industry, taking a pioneering role in the national digital transformation process, contributing to economic growth, and marking a new era of national progress.

Evaluation, Ranking, and Consulting for Enterprises
Developing Maps, Reports, and Publishing Materials
a) Create the Vietnam Digital Technology Enterprises Map, encompassing all evaluated enterprises categorized by sector.
b) Produce reports on the digital technology industry, focusing on prominent sectors, along with in-depth reports tailored to various program objectives.
c) Publish the “Top 10 Outstanding Digital Technology Enterprises 2025” publication, showcasing enterprises in multiple editions and languages based on demand.
Organizing the Announcement & Recognition Ceremony: Honor outstanding enterprises.
Organizing Business Networking & Connection Activities: Enterprises participating in the program gain opportunities to connect with potential domestic and international partners through Business Matching & Networking events held during the Recognition Ceremony or other VINASA-organized events.
Communication and Promotion:
a) Host seminars and talk shows to introduce enterprises and highlight key sectors.
b) Distribute publications to domestic and international agencies and organizations.
c) Promote enterprises at major domestic and international events.
