Evaluation process
1. Receipt and Review of Registration Applications
a) The Organizing Committee receives registration applications from companies within the specified timeframe.
b) The Secretariat verifies the validity and completeness of the applications and provides guidance for supplementation if necessary.
c) Valid applications are forwarded to the Expert Panel for evaluation.
2. Evaluation and Assessment Process
a) The Expert Panel conducts the evaluation based on the program’s set of criteria.
b) Companies receive preliminary evaluation results and may be requested to make adjustments, provide additional information, or undergo a direct assessment if deemed necessary. The preliminary evaluation results—either without requests for adjustment, or after adjustments and additional information are submitted, or following a direct assessment—will serve as the final results.
c) The Expert Panel compiles the evaluation results and ranks the companies according to their respective field groups.
3. Decision-Making and Announcement of Results
a) The Organizing Committee reviews and approves the lists of recognized companies and notifies them of the results prior to the official announcement.
b) The official results are announced at the Announcement & Recognition Ceremony and through the program’s communication channels.
